About Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

A Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a psychotherapy that integrates the approaches of behavior therapy and cognitive therapy. It is based on modifying everyday thoughts and behaviors, with the aim of positively influencing emotions.
